These 3-year grants are facilitated and managed by our partner non-profits Kingdom Causes, Inc and Kollaborate. We do not respond to unsolicited grant requests.

$30,000 total over a three-year phased-down matching cycle.
Year 1 = $15,000 with $5,000 match
Year 2 = $10,000 with a $10,000 match

Most of our grant funding each year will be provided to Christian-based efforts. We make exceptions for certain projects that are not explicitly faith-based but serve our communities' important common good (up to 10% of our total yearly funding).

While we hope to see significant financial resources brought on board for this effort, securing helping hands can make a significant difference. Volunteer hours (counted @ minimum wage hourly rate at the start time of the relevant tracking and evaluation period) can account for up to 20% of the total match. We encourage (and will ask about) volunteer hour tracking logs regardless of whether it is being considered as part of the match or not!

It is a combination of donor family members and current and previous award recipients.

The short answer is, yes. The longer answer is, that it depends.

Yes. There are six local gatherings per grant, two per year. We require 1-2 people who can represent the funded project to rsvp and attend the twice-per-year gatherings for mutual encouragement, training workshops, and grant award progress and selections.
